HOW TO USE/PRECAUTIONS
- Apply first to the outer line of the lips to create the perfect contour
- Blend our lip liner with a brush for a more seamless blend. Gradually fill in colour over lips to create the perfect lip base. Can be paired with phybeebeauty lip glosses
- Use the built in sharpener at the base of each pencil before use
PRECAUTIONS
Make sure to close the cap gently to prevent drying of this creamy formula. It is important that you are gentle when applying this lip pencil to the lips as they are super soft
